Well..busy, hectic, stressful, sometimes overwhelming and depressing December is behind us. We’re into a brand new year now that is full of promise.
There’s something about January that is fresh, clean and uplifting. It is almost like we have a clean slate to begin with. The old is out....old year, old depression bouts, old messed up thoughts and feelings.
The new is in....a new year, a new beginning, new fresh healthier thoughts and feelings, a chance to set things right for a change, and every new day is an opportunity to strive to make our self and our life better than it was the day before.
And I have learned the power of prayer. We DO have a God that cares about us and desires to help us IF we turn to him and have faith in him. It DOES make a difference.
